GRANT TIP OF THE MONTH: Reflect & Refine Your Grant Strategy
As the year draws to a close, take the time to review your grant-seeking efforts from the past year. Analyze what worked, what didn’t, and how you can improve your strategy for the next year. Look at successful applications and try to identify patterns or key elements that made them stand out.
Also, assess any feedback received on declined proposals to refine your approach. This end-of-year review will help you set clear, strategic goals for your grant applications in the upcoming year.
TL;DR - End the year by evaluating your grant strategy to refine and enhance your approach for more successful outcomes next year.
